MEGA ACTION!! ...and mega rescue... :(

Finally here the most waited action from Alpe d´Huez Mountains...

Pay attention to:

- Remy Absalon crashes (the guy in blue) in the start.

- Cool overtaking jumping in to offcambra bit of snow.

- First crash with my fine ass on the rocks when was going like hell!

- Nice battle with the frenchman Olivier Navarro, (green bike/guy) wich it looks he did not pull the night before... more explosive power but overtaking him later at my pace.

- HORRENDOUS CRASH/INJURIE when was following the guy in front cutting a small chicane wich i did not tried before. Maybe undercocentration cause it wasn´t a too dificult bit, did my right hand not hold strong enought and slipped off with the ugly consecuences you can see...

NOTE that ellbow dislocation is one of the most painfull injuries you can have. Even some people get uncounscient due to the extremme pain wich it tooks to me more than 2h, 3 morphine injections and one general anesthessia

- Dangerous HELICOPLTER boarding : Man! cause the thing did not land to the ground cause it was so steep I was shitted on my pants thinking maybe those wings would cut us in half cause so close to the ground and we just blow there!

Going second many time! Watch when almost had terrible crash when I was going troght the wide straight track and suddently there was a water hole across in a blind curve!

Despite I was going second a long time since the start I finished 5th for 2 reasons mainly:

- Cause I was focusing trainning the glacier bit, I did not have time to recognize the first half part of the qualifying, some of the most technichall of the avalanchhe circuit. So some competitiors overtookme in some legal shortcuts wich I did not know obviously.

- I crashed twice when I was going second again heading the final part, cause i realised my rear brake level was touching the hanldlebar and did not brake enought so i tryied to fixe  it on the way! big mistake!

What a shame i could not get line A! Our wave it was the fastest! And with my time i would get easyly letter A in many of the other waves!

Mega day race?: BAD CRASH! SERIOUSLY DISLOCATED ELLBOW!

Half past the race unfortunatelly my hand slipped off the handlebar having my worst crash of my life. My ellbow completelly dislocated I thought my arm was in pieces. So much suffering and painfull finnally the elicopter came to rescue me, and had another session of torture in the hospital when the doctor tryied to put it in place twice unsuccessfully without anhesthesic! Oh my god i was in hell!

Mega was over for me, and probably most of the season now. I have inmobilized arm now for 3 weeks and long recovery to be 100% again.

Following Nico stella in Megavalanche Qualifying!

Despite it was only very few seconds it was great start going in second place just behind Nicolas Vouilloz stella for a while!
Also had nice fight with Cameron Cole, some other brits and friend, Iago Garay.
